Dr. Srinivas brings over 30 years of experience in R&D and Diagnostics, with extensive cross-functional expertise spanning Genomics, Diagnostics, Bioinformatics, Proteomics, Flow Cytometry, Pharmacogenomics, IT (SAP), and the applications of AI in Healthcare, Drug Discovery and Design, Automation, and the synthesis of oligonucleotides and proteins.

In addition to leading Genome Sequencing services, he also oversees operations across various domains, including Pharmaceutical Testing, Food Testing, Mechanical and Metallurgical Testing, and Environmental Testing.

Dr. Srinivas is a dynamic leader and mentor, having successfully led teams in Biotech, IT, Diagnostics, and Research clusters across the country. He is recognized for his expertise in institution building and specializes in lab design and operations within IT and Life Science organizations. His leadership has positioned him at the forefront of advanced Diagnostics and Genomics laboratories.

He also holds an IBM certification in “Generative AI for Executives and Business Leaders,” reflecting his deep passion for leveraging AI in the Life Sciences sector.
